Operation 36 – Coming Soon!

Operation 36 Golf is a developmental program designed to grow the game of golf among players of all ages and skill levels. Its unique approach focuses on a clear, measurable goal: to shoot par (36) for 9 holes, starting from 25 yards away from the green and progressively moving back as players improve.

Group Lessons for 2-7 People

Golf group lessons offer a personalized yet collaborative experience, allowing participants to learn while feeling supported by the group and their instructors. Participants will develop their skills through drills, on-course play, and friendly competitions.

Private Lessons

With private instruction, golfers get dedicated time with one of our instructors to explore a variety of skills, including putting, high shots, low shots, greenside bunkers, pitching, full swings, and other customized drills. Each lesson is a hands-on experience with instruction tailored to meet the needs of the golfer. Prices may vary depending on the professional instructor.

Fees:
• One-Half Hour Lesson $50-$70
• One Hour Lesson $90-$120
• Package of 5 – One-Half Hour Lessons $225-$325

9-Hole Playing Lesson

Play a full round on the Ocean View course with an instructor providing feedback and guidance on every shot. You’ll focus on aspects like club selection, course management, swing mechanics, and strategy throughout the round.

Fee: $150

Ball Flight and Club Fitting

Get custom-fitted for clubs by our pro, who will analyze your swing, grip, stance, and more to recommend the perfect specs. You’ll walk away with a set tailored just for you to enhance your game.

Fee: $100 for 1 Hour

Junior Lessons

We love helping juniors improve their skills! These private one-on-one lessons are for golfers 16 and under and will focus on putting, chipping, pitching, full swings, and end with on-course play.

Steven Lambert Jr.

Golf Professional

Growing up, Steven Lambert Jr. was a member of the Bermuda Jr Golf Association and a graduate of The Professional Golfers Career College with an associate degree in golf management. He served as Assistant Manager and Acting General Manager at Port Royal and Ocean View Golf Courses from 2019 to 2021. He has overseen three PGA Tour Butterfield Bermuda Championships and also acted as Head Golf Professional for the final Grand Slam of Golf at PRGC in 2014. Lambert is currently the Head Golf Professional at Port Royal Golf Course in Southampton Bermuda and Vice President of the Bermuda Professional Golf Association.

Oliver Pitcher

Golf Professional

Oliver “OJ” has lived in the great land of St. David’s, Bermuda his entire life and began golfing at 5 years old with his father. At 8, he was accepted into the Bermuda Junior Golf Association and was crowned the Overall Men’s Champion of the Atlantic International Golf Tournament at 16. In 2012, he graduated from the Golf Academy of America and began working at Port Royal before moving to Ocean View. After two and a half years, he was hired full-time as the Assistant Golf Professional.
